These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of training sessions (“Training”) by BeautifAI (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”) to participants (“You” or “Your”). By booking and participating in the Training, You agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Booking and Payment:

To book a Training session, You must complete the registration process and provide accurate and up-to-date information.

Full payment is required in advance to confirm Your booking. We accept payment by the methods specified on Our website or as agreed upon.

Training Content and Materials:

The content and materials provided during the Training are the intellectual property of BeautifAI and are protected by copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any Training content or materials without Our prior written consent.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

If You wish to cancel or reschedule Your Training session, You must notify Us in writing or via email at least 7 days before the scheduled session.

If You cancel or reschedule with more than 7 days’ notice, We will provide a full refund or accommodate the rescheduling without any additional charges.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the scheduled session will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the Training fee.

In the event that You fail to attend a Training session without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling option will be available.

Training Changes or Cancellations by BeautifAI:

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a Training session due to unforeseen circumstances or if minimum participant numbers are not met.

In such cases, We will provide You with the option to reschedule to a later date or receive a full refund of the Training fee.

Liability and Indemnity:

While We strive to provide high-quality Training, We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from Your participation.

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses or damages arising from Your participation in the Training.

You agree to indemnify and hold Us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of Your actions or conduct during the Training.

Privacy and Data Protection:

We will handle Your personal information in accordance with Our Privacy Policy, which can be found on Our website.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

Modifications to Terms:

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on Our website.

By booking and participating in BeautifAI’s Training Sessions, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from booking or participating in the Training.
